To release a new Waypoint, you should include a .bots file that defines the default bots for your map. For your convenience, there is an included utility for creating these files. Click on the Utility->Bots menu item to begin.
Fritz ships with over 100 built-in bots to choose from. These should be included along with this tool as well in a bots.data file that exists in the directory that you executed it from. If not, you can import these bots by choosing the ~Fritz/bots directory (you will have to extract them from Fritz0.pk3) and clicking on the "Import" button.
The existing bots are loaded into the left Tree View and are categorized by team and class. To create your .bots file, simply drag (left-click and hold the mouse button down while moving) a bot from the built in list to the right Tree View. You can release the mouse anywhere in the right Tree View and the bot will be placed in the correct team and class.
When you are finished creating your list, click on the "Save" button and choose a file name and location.
To remove bots from your list, you can double-click on their name. If you wish to clear the whole list, right-click on the list and click on "Clear All".
